Timetable explainer

Your regular sessions are:

• Mondays: 9.00am - 11.00 and 12.00pm - 2.00pm

• Fridays: 9.00am - 11.00 and 12.00pm - 2.00pm

Once you enrol in late August, you'll gain access to your timetable and Moodle pages through the Our Newman app which include room details for our sessions.

First Session:

• Date & Time: Monday, 1 September, 9:00-11:00 and 12-2.00

• Location: Room DA001 (Darwin building)

Details: Tutors will meet you at the main reception area. Please bring your photo ID for enrolment verification. 

BA Applied Humanities academic year starts on Monday 1 September 2025 and ends on Friday 7 August 2026. This academic year consists of campus-based sessions and independent study. Birmingham school half-terms and school holidays are protected: there will be no scheduled sessions in those weeks, but there will be individual coaching sessions that can be attended on campus or online on Microsoft Teams (remotely).
