June 2024 field mowing + woodchips progress
This month we begin the next phase of our work: building raised beds. We will also continue laying wood chips and cardboard on other parts of the field. Join us Saturday, July 13 and Saturday, July 20 from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Fun for all ages! All you need to do is bring some tools to help spread the wood chips and stop by for an hour or stay for the morning!

Come and join us on Friday, June 7 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Harbor Methodist Church, 55 First Parish Road, Scituate. Live music with Lindsay Kane & Old Bucket Band. A special thank you to Mullaney’s Fish for their generous donation of fresh fish. Also included in the meal: chips, cole slaw, and soda or water. Come and support Appleton Field and connect with your community. Adults $13, Kids $6.
