The striking results that both Clinton and Monson Public Schools achieved this year are a testament to the coordinated focus, dedication, and hard work of district leaders, school leaders, and teachers, as well as the instructional coherence that districts prioritized and managed towards. Stakeholders at all levels collaborated to prioritize the improvement of foundational skills instruction through the implementation of the Appleseeds materials, and as a result, they saw dramatically improved results for students. What early results in these districts demonstrate is that high-quality instructional materials like Appleseeds, paired with intentional and strategic implementation support, can lead to incredible results for students across the Commonwealth.
