A: No!! The Coalition is purely voluntary and the Coalition has no wish to be an HOA.

How much are the membership fees?
A: The coalition membership fees are $20.00 per household.

When are membership fees due?
A: The dues are annual per calendar year and can be paid at any time. There is no deadline for membership fees.

Are membership fees mandatory?
A: NO! Fees are strictly voluntary and not required if you live in the neighborhood.

Who can become a member of the coalition?
A: Any one that lives in the Apple Meadows Neighborhood can become a member.

Can I still pay a membership fee even if I don’t live in the neighborhood?
A: Your payment will be considered a donation to the coalition but will not constitute a membership of the coalition with a donation.
