I have an Apple 27” Imac which i took to the Istore to be Factory reseted. I have tried myself at first 🙈 but made a bit of a botch of it. Istore tried to fix it, but couldn’t so i found Apple IQ on the internet and wow was i surprised with the quick and friendly service from Washington. I would really recommend him. I was sceptical at first, but got my Mac back, working well and in a very short turnaround time. Washington was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend him for your Mac problems.
