With over four decades of practice, Ms. Kreusler-Walsh has authored more than 575 decisions and has appeared numerous times in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and Florida District Courts of Appeal.
Ms.Kreusler-Walsh has received numerous accolades for her legal expertise. In 2024, 2018, 2015, and 2011, she was named Lawyer of the Year in Appellate Practice by Best Lawyers in West Palm Beach, Florida. Florida Super Lawyers ranks her among the Top 10 Super Lawyers in Florida, and she was even featured on the cover of their 2011 magazine. Chambers USA 2024 has consistently ranked her as one of the top 16 appellate lawyers in Florida, a distinction she has held for 21 years. Florida Trend honoured her by inducting her into its Legal Elite Hall of Fame. Ms. Kreusler-Walsh is one of only 19 Florida fellows of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, a prestigious national organization dedicated to advancing the highest standards and practices of appellate advocacy and recognizing exceptional appellate attorneys. Since 2006, the American Law Institute, a national, invitation-only organization focused on clarifying and simplifying the law to better meet societal needs, has recognized her contributions. Furthermore, she is a lifetime fellow of The American Bar Foundation, the nation’s leading research institute for empirical studies of law.
Ms.Kreusler-Walsh has a distinguished career in the legal profession, with a long record of service to the Bar and her field. She served as Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee and as a member of the Florida Bar Rules of Judicial Administration Committee. Her contributions extended to the Florida Supreme Court, where she served on the Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Contract and Business Cases, the Committee on Judicial Evaluations, and the Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases. She also held the positions of former chair of the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Certification Committee and the Florida District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. Ms.Kreusler-Walsh’s leadership was further demonstrated by her three terms as Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Appellate Court Rules Committee, her chairmanship of Grievance Committee 15B, and her seven-year tenure as chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Appellate Practice Committee.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms.Kreusler-Walsh is deeply committed to serving her community. She was the first woman to serve as President of the Board of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, where she dedicated nine years of service. Her involvement extended to the Advisory Council of St. Mary’s Hospital and the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital, as well as her roles on the Board and Vice President of Making Every Day Count, a non-profit organization focused on supporting family and juvenile delinquency drug courts in Palm Beach County. Ms. Kreusler-Walsh also served on the Board of Trustees and as Vice President of the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Society, Palm Beach area chapter.

Ms. Vargas has been honoured with the Best Lawyers’ 2025 “Lawyer of the Year” award in Appellate Practice for West Palm Beach, Florida, a distinction she also received in 2022. Ms. Vargas has appeared in various courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and Florida District Courts of Appeal. She is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Middle Districts.
Ms. Vargas is dedicated to serving the legal community. Currently, she co-chairs The Florida Bar’s Civil Procedure Rules Committee. Previously, she chaired the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases from 2016 to 2017, and served on the committee from 2004 to 2017. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Historical Society and as Secretary of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. Ms. Vargas was a past member of the Florida Supreme Court Committee on District Court of Appeal Workload and Jurisdiction (2004-2005) and the Florida Bar Appellate Court Rules Committee (2001-2004).

Her expertise spans commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, family law, probate, and trusts. Since 2023, she has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a top lawyer in Appellate Law. In 2026, she was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Appellate Practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Serafin honed her research and writing skills as a staff attorney at the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida, from 2008 to 2010. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Miami Law Review from 2007 to 2008. She was also a member of the Order of the Coif, an honorary society recognizing law school graduates who have achieved the highest level of scholarly achievement. Ms. Serafin graduated cum laude from the University of Florida.
Ms. Serafin is an active member of the legal community. Currently, she serves on the Appellate Court Rules Committee of The Florida Bar. She previously served on the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Contract and Business Cases. Additionally, she’s on the Board of both the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court and the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Serafin has also served on several committees of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, including its Appellate Practice Committee, where she’s co-chairing for the 2025-2026 year.
