A. You may not be notified or may not be aware of notifications under the following conditions.
Notifications are not enabled under "Notifications" in "Settings" on the iPhone.
In the "Notification" section of "Settings" on the iPhone, "Allow Notifications" is turned on, but none of the "ALERTS" are selected.
The iPhone is turned off at the time of notification.
The iPhone was set to "Focus" (e.g., "Do Not Disturb") at the time of the notification.
Refer to "5. Precautions" under "User guide" to change your notification settings. Also, it is possible that these notifications are turned off while the iPhone's "Focus" (e.g., Do Not Disturb) is set. Please also check the “Focus” setting.
A. Include "Sound" and "Banner" in "Notification" in iPhone "Settings" to make it easier to notice when notified. Please refer to "5. Precautions" in the "User Guide" section to change the notification settings. Also, it is possible that these notifications are turned off while the iPhone's "Focus" (e.g., Do Not Disturb) is set. Please also check the “Focus” setting.
A. Change it from “Settings”. Note that the text size of other apps that support Dynamic Type will also change.
