We know December can be a stressful time for many of our families. Should you or your student need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. Here at APPA we partner with three counselors and a social worker to provide assistance to students and families in need. We're happy to connect you with available resources.

This Month's Important Parent Announcements
Superintendent Town Hall -- Postponed!!!
Please note, this has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 18th, 2024. Superintendent Davis apologizes for the inconvenience.
Parent Association Meeting
The next meeting of the parent association is scheduled for December 13th at 6 pm. The meeting is virtual -- all parents will receive a link before the event. Come join us!
PA Potluck Luncheon
Families had a wonderful time at this year's Thanksgiving potluck sponsored by the Parent Association. Stay tuned for more family events in the new year!
Title 1 Meeting
Can't make the PA meeting? Join Dr. Mercanti-Anthony and members of the School Leadership Team the following week for a virtual parent forum to discuss how we use our Title 1 funds to partner with parents. A zoom link will be sent out shortly.

Please be sure to click here to register for the city's new Parent Portal. You will need your student's OSIS number to register. If you have any issues, please reach out to our Parent Coordinator, Ms. Williams, here at the school
REPORT CARDS
Report Cards for marking period one went in the mail this week. Please feel free to reach out to us here at the school with any questions or concerns.
