• Date of Birth

• Phone Number

• Email Address

Why we collect this data: This information is used solely for account creation, user authentication, and personalizing your experience. 

b. Voice and Shortcut Inputs

• Inputs received via Google Assistant

• Custom shortcut commands

• In-app searches and tracking entries

Why we collect this data: We only collect what is necessary to perform the action you've requested. 

2. How We Use Your Information 

We use your information to:

• Register and authenticate users

• Track and manage items as per your inputs

• Enable voice interaction via Google Assistant

• Improve app features and performance through analytics

3. Use of Google Assistant

Trako integrates with Google Assistant to enable voice-based interactions.

• When you speak a command, The input is captured via Google Assistant and sent to Trako

• Trako processes the request (e.g., "find my keys", "add umbrella is in car dashboard")

• The response is delivered either inside the app

We do not access or store your raw voice data — only the processed text command is used.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may disclose your data:

• To protect user rights, safety, or security

• With your explicit consent

• All personal data (email, phone number, DOB) is encrypted in transit to prevent unauthorized access.
