Use of the App: The App is designed to help users calculate EMI payments based on their loan amount, interest rate, and loan term. The App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. The accuracy of the calculations is not guaranteed.
Subscription: The App offers an auto-renewal subscription plan to unlock additional features. The subscription period is monthly/yearly, and the cost is specified in the App. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Privacy: The App respects your privacy and does not collect or share any personal information without your consent.Â
Ownership and Intellectual Property: The App is owned by App Tech Inc, and all intellectual property rights belong to App Tech Inc. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. App Tech Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's performance, accuracy, or reliability. App Tech Inc expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: App Tech Inc shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the App. In no event shall App Tech Inc's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the App.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which App Tech Inc is based. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to the Terms: App Tech Inc reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
