    Welcome to Roomia ("we," "our," "us," or "the App"), an artificial intelligence-powered room redesign application. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use document governs your access to and use of the App.

    BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE APP AND UNINSTALL IT FROM YOUR DEVICE.

    2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

    We are committed to data minimization. We only collect the information necessary to provide and improve our core services:

    Image and Camera Data: To utilize the core functionality of Roomia, you must upload or capture photos of your rooms. These images are securely transmitted to our AI partners solely for the purpose of generating your requested redesigned images. We do not use your photos to train public AI models, nor do we permanently store them beyond the time required to deliver the service to you.

    Analytics and Performance Data: We collect aggregated, anonymized usage data to monitor app performance, identify bugs, and guide product development. This data does not contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and cannot be linked back to you as an individual.

    Subscription and Purchase Data: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled securely. We use anonymized user identifiers to manage your subscription status. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, billing address, or other sensitive financial information on our servers.

    3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

    To operate the App efficiently, we integrate with industry-leading third-party services. By using Roomia, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by the following providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

    Google Vertex AI & Fal AI (Image Generation): Used to process the room photos you provide and generate AI-driven interior design visualizations.

    Firebase Analytics (Product Development): Used to track crash reports, app usage metrics, and overall performance. All tracked data is strictly strictly anonymized and disassociated from individual users.

    RevenueCat (Payment Processing): Used to manage in-app purchases and validate subscription statuses across platforms without requiring personal financial data.

    4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    "AS IS" Basis: The App and all AI-generated designs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or feasibility of the generated room designs.

    Not Professional Advice: The AI-generated images are strictly for conceptual visualization, inspiration, and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute professional architectural, structural, or interior design advice. You should not make financial, structural, or safety-critical decisions solely based on the outputs of the App.

    Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, affiliates, or third-party partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or the designs it generates.

    5. DATA SECURITY

    We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the integrity of the data processed within the App. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security against unauthorized access or breaches.

    6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

    The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently processed data from a child under this age limit, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

    7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

    We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
