It explains what information our Apps collect, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you.
Not every App uses every feature described below. An App only collects the information needed for the features it actually offers, and only requests the permissions listed on its store page. The Data safety section on Google Play and the privacy labels on the App Store show exactly what each individual App collects.
By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Photos and camera images. Where an App offers image recognition, scanning, or editing, the photo you capture or select is used to produce the result you asked for.
Text and content you enter. Notes, search terms, saved items, and similar input you type into an App.
Support correspondence. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Device and usage data. Device model, operating system version, language, country, App version, crash reports, and in-App events such as screens opened and features used.
Advertising identifiers. Where an App displays advertising, the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA may be used to deliver and measure ads. On iOS this only occurs if you allow tracking when prompted.
Our Apps do not collect your name, phone number, contact list, SMS messages, call logs, precise GPS location, health records, or payment card details. Purchases, where offered, are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card information.

To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve stability and performance.
To understand which features are used, so we can improve them.
To display advertising in Apps that are ad-supported.

Permissions are requested only when a feature needs them, and you can revoke any of them at any time in your device settings. Features that depend on a revoked permission will stop working.
Images and text you submit are used to generate your result and are not retained by us for any other purpose. Content you save inside an App is stored on your device and is removed when you delete the item or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data are retained by our providers for their standard retention periods.
To request access to or deletion of data associated with you, email [YOUR EMAIL] with the subject line "Data request" and the name of the App. We respond within 30 days.
Data sent between our Apps and our service providers is protected in transit using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age that applies in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you;
correct data that is inaccurate;
request that your data be deleted;
