### Terms of Use for AppFlow Studios
#### 1. **Introduction**
Welcome to AppFlow Studios! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our AI productivity applications ("Apps"). By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
#### 2. **License**
AppFlow Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Apps without our explicit permission.
#### 3. **User Responsibilities**
- **Compliance:** You agree to use our Apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- **Prohibited Conduct:** You agree not to use our Apps for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the Apps.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Apps or systems.
- Uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
#### 4. **User Content**
- **Ownership:** You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using our Apps ("User Content"). However, by using our Apps, you grant AppFlow Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Apps.
- **Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, upload, or share. AppFlow Studios is not liable for any User Content or any loss or damage resulting from it.
#### 5. **Privacy**
Your use of our Apps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Apps, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
#### 6. **Intellectual Property**
All content, features, and functionality of the Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AppFlow Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe on our intellectual property rights.
#### 7. **Third-Party Services**
Our Apps may integrate with or link to third-party services. AppFlow Studios is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
#### 8. **Disclaimer of Warranties**
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AppFlow Studios does not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Apps is at your own risk.
#### 9. **Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppFlow Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Apps. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AppFlow Studios reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
#### 11. **Changes to Terms**
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
#### 12. **Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AppFlow Studios is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Subscriptions Charges
Each App may be available either on a free or on a paid basis. If the App is available on a paid basis, you will need to pay a one-time fee to download it and get access to its functionality. If the App is available on a free basis, you may download it for free and get access to a limited scope of its basic features.
Access to some services and/or additional features within the App ("Premium options") requires In-App Purchases, including paid subscriptions. The full list of Premium options and pricing is provided on the page of each App. You may have an opportunity to try Premium options during the free trial period as provided on the signup screen. After the free trial period expires an auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis. Please mind that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. When you cancel your subscription you will still have access to basic functions of the App. Premium options are available during the whole free trial period.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase (after you confirm by single-touch identification, facial recognition, or entering your payment method details on App's Website, or otherwise accepting subscription terms provided on the payment screen or on the pop-up screen provided by Apple or on App's Website) or after the end of the free trial period. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you use.
You can choose different subscription options. Subscription prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S. You will have all necessary information about your subscription plan and duration of the free trial period on the signup screen before the purchase.
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. Auto-renew option for subscription made through the Apple App Store can be turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Subscriptions are managed by you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription.
