The Eat Roulette app is an Ad Supported app to help you decide what to eat, whether it be going out to a restaurant or staying in and cooking with what's in the fridge . Eat Roulette is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparency about how we collect, use, and store your information. We only collect data essential to provide and enhance our services, such as location preferences or saved favorites, and do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

It will be shared with third parties (Google Maps Platform Places API) to suggest nearby places but it is not tied to you or linked to any personally identifiable information.
Camera and Photo Access: For a better experience, while using the application, you can optionally choose to provide us with your camera or photo library access. With your permission, we use your device's camera and photo library to allow you to add ingredients for a suggested recipe. Images are stored temporarily within the app for processing and are not collected or saved to external servers. It will be shared with third parties (OpenAI API) to analyze the photo for food items, but it is not tied to you or linked to any personally identifiable information.
