Welcome to App Blocker: Focus Lock ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
App Blocker: Focus Lock is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree to:
Use the App only in accordance with applicable laws.
Not interfere with or disrupt the App or its services.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
2. Family Controls & Screen Time Access
To provide app blocking and focus features, the App requires Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time permissions.
By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that:
The App may manage selected applications and websites according to the blocking schedules you configure.
Screen Time information used by the App remains on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, or sell your Screen Time or activity data.
You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings. Some features may no longer function if access is removed.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Weekly: $12.99
Monthly: $29.99
Yearly: $49.99
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store account) at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise stated.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (including design, features, and content) are owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we strive to provide reliable blocking and focus functionality, we do not guarantee that:
the App will operate without interruption,
all blocking requests will always be successful,
the App will be error-free under every circumstance.
Certain functionality depends on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks and may be affected by iOS updates or system limitations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data, device issues, or other indirect or incidental damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
