Bible Voice: Audio&Abide End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
This legal agreement governs your use of the Bible Voice: Audio&Abide application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. The owner and provider of the App is Bible Voice (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. License & Use
The App is licensed, not sold, to you through digital marketplaces (e.g., Apple App Store). We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify the App. Your use must comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

3. Ownership
All materials in the App (including design, layout, graphics, audio content) are owned by Bible Voice or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.

4. AI Conversation Service Terms
The App provides AI-driven conversational services (“AI Services”) designed to generate text-based responses related to biblical content.
4.1 User Content License:
By using the AI Services and submitting text, questions, or other materials (“Your Input”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use Your Input to operate, maintain, and improve the AI Services and our related products.
4.2 AI Output Disclaimer:
Responses generated by the AI Services (“AI Output”) are produced automatically. Bible Voice does not control, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of AI Output, which may contain inaccuracies or be offensive. You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on AI Output.
4.3 Use Restrictions:
You agree not to use the AI Services or AI Output to:
(a) replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice;
(b) make decisions with legal or significant personal impact;
(c) mislead others into believing AI Output is solely human-generated;
(d) engage in unlawful or harmful activities.
4.4 Content Warranty:
You represent that any Input you provide does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

5. User Responsibilities & General Disclaimers
You use the App (including AI Services) at your own risk. You are responsible for your device security and internet connection. We are not liable for any data charges incurred.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT (INCLUDING AI OUTPUT) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLE VOICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
The audio scriptures, devotional content, and related materials are for personal, educational, and reference purposes only. They do not constitute religious, medical, legal, or professional advice.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Our data practices are described in our separate Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

7. Subscription & Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription Options
Bible Voice offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans, as well as lifetime purchase options.
Some subscription plans may include a 7-day free trial, during which users can access premium features at no cost.

7.2 Free Trial & Conversion
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

7.3 Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase, or after the free trial period ends, if applicable.

7.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

7.5 Subscription Management
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple App Store account settings.

7.6 Refund Policy
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s applicable refund policies.

7.7 Price Changes
Bible Voice reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLE VOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Modifications & Termination
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services integrated into the App.
