Serve as the presiding officer at all regular and special chapter meetings
Serve as chief spokesman and representative of this chapter of Alpha Phi Omega
To designate what field(s) of service each project or event falls under when presenting each to the brothers
To organize and coordinate all chapter, pledge, and active, service projects with regards to scheduling and presentation to the membership
To coordinate all chapter, pledge, and active, service project participation
To oversee major chapter events including the chapter's banquet and Brother Bonding Night
To organize at least one fellowship per week during the academic year
To ensure the coordination of Rush and the pledge program with the chapter program
To take care of all materials pertaining to Pledge Ritual, Initiation, and all surrounding activities
To administer a continuing education program for all active brothers
To keep accurate minutes of all chapter meetings and place them on Canvas immediately following each meeting
To preside over the chapter websites and social media accounts
To deposit funds in the chapter account and make all payments
To ensure the proper procedures of all chapter rituals and ceremonies
To ensure the Chapter is functioning in accordance to the Chapter Constitution and National bylaws
To present to the chapter each semester an overview of important policies such as hazing, drugs and alcohol policy, brother conduct, service and fellowship requirements, and other necessary policies as sees fit
