Personal training - Train with an certified ACE personal trainer focused on injury prevention and recovery, life long functional fitness, event and marathon training, and calisthenics. I have a special passion for making the world of fitness accessible to people who are typically excluded from the gym, including LGBTQ+, disabled, and bipoc individuals. - 80$ per session
Relaxation massage - Work with a Washington State licensed massage therapist, relaxation massage utilizes primarily traditional Swedish techniques across the face, neck, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet to promote blood flow, and allow the muscles to relax and achieve a state of calm. - 100$ per session
Clinical massage - Work with a Washington State licensed clinical massage therapist, clinical massage utilizes a large mixture of techniques from across western and eastern massage traditions to target soft tissue acute, sub acute, and chronic sources of pain, improve blood flow and mobility, and release bound and knotted tissues. - 150$ per session
Sport massage - Washington State licensed massage therapist with specialized training in sports massage. Sports massage utilizes a mixture of traditional swedish and Russian techniques, assisted stretching techniques, and myofascial muscular techniques to improve mobility for sports performance, and promote recovery after events such as marathons and competitions. - 150$ per session
Gua Sha - Washington State licensed Massage therapist with specialized training in Gua Sha. Gua Sha utilizes specialized tools to create fine point pressure, releasing tissues and promoting rapid recovery. Gua Sha is shown to promote lymphatic health, release sore or tense muscles, and promote long term healing from chronic muscular pain. Disclaimer: Gua Sha is often associated with notable discoloration from the microprofusions released during the process. Due to the nature of the practice, this is normal and should not be seen as a negative reaction to the treatment. Most discoloration will disappear 24-48 hours after first appearing, but it may last as long as a week. - 125$ per session or as an add-on to relaxation for $10
