WHO IS APOS ELITE?

Aidan Posada is the founder and head coach at Apos Elite, bringing over 10 years of competitive playing experience and a development-focused coaching background. He holds a USSF D Coaching License and has coached across the youth soccer pathway, from recreational to MLS Next environments.

Coach Aidan also brings collegiate coaching experience, currently at Blackburn College and previously at Hesston College, where he helped guide the program to its first ever NAIA conference tournament appearance. His work emphasizes long-term player development, realistic training environments, and preparing athletes to perform with confidence at higher levels.
