​Mission Statement:

I am Apollonas Soben. I do not operate within the traditional art market hierarchies. I am systematically liquidating my private high-value assets—including international real estate and my own sailing vessel—to personally fund the ARK Project. My objective is the direct acquisition of land and the total restoration of the planetary biosphere.

​I do not seek institutional validation or market recognition. I am building a sovereign territory for the future. With your participation or without it—the mission is absolute. The only variable is the final scale of the forest and the volume of life we preserve.

​SECTION 1: THE FINANCIAL PROTOCOL (DIS 1.1)

•               ​Capital Protection: The 2026 DIS Standard completely neutralizes the secondary market volatility of the legacy period (2023–2025). This is a non-negotiable price floor anchored to the cost of reclaiming one hectare of the planet.

•               ​Liquidity: A strategic holding period of 3–5 years is recommended. A buy-back mechanism is integrated into the fund’s long-term exit strategy for sovereign holders.

​SECTION 2: VERIFICATION TECHNOLOGY (F-TEX & NFT-DEED)

•               ​F-Tex (Financial-Textural): Physical asset security. Every canvas features a unique biometric micro-relief of oil layers. It is an unhackable physical hash, impossible to replicate via AI or traditional forgery.

•               ​NFT-Sovereign Deed: The Digital Title of Ownership. Every physical work is paired with a blockchain-verified deed, serving as a legal title under international private law.

•               ​Institutional Security: Cadastral data and full audit reports are classified for the safety of the operational team in Latin America. Access is granted exclusively to verified NFT-Deed holders.

​SECTION 3: STRATEGIC ROADMAP (2026 EXECUTION)

•               ​Phase I (March – October 2026): Legal consolidation, land rights acquisition, and diplomatic negotiations with the indigenous peoples of the Gran Chaco (Paraguay).

•               ​Phase II (November 2026 Activation): Commencement of massive Eucalyptus Reforestation Hubs and the preservation of endangered Coffee and Cacao genetic stocks.

•               ​The 555 Cycle Terminal: Upon completion of the 555th master-canvas, the project transitions into a closed institutional status and scales into Space-Tech implementation.

​Q: What if the market does not participate?

A: It is irrelevant. I am liquidating my own wealth to plant my own forests. If the world chooses to burn while I work—let it burn. I will continue to plant.

​Q: Why Eucalyptus and Endangered Coffee?

A: Eucalyptus provides the fastest biological recovery for the atmosphere. Coffee and Cacao stocks represent the genetic heritage of the planet. We are not "saving the environment" in general; we are securing specific biological life-support systems.
