What will happen if my item doesn't print properly or fails to print?

If your print fails, or does not print properly there are two things that could happen...

1. There is something wrong with our printer and we could postpone your print until further notice. Alternatively you are re-funded and we will continue to try and fix the printer.

2. The object you have selected couldn't be printed due to complicity or another factor. If this happens you will be re-funded and sent an email stating the exact reason your print failed.

What do I do if I become unavailable/late to pick up my print?

If you become unavailable you can choose a second date and time to pick it up, you can visit the re-schedule page for the form to resubmit the date and time you will pick up your item... And if you are late we will have your item on hold for 30 until you pick it up (we will also notify you)

Why cant I print some objects, they should be able to be printed?

Some objects cannot be printed because they feature overhang, bridges, very thin/small designs, too large, or the file you submitted isn't an stl. obj. or an fbx. file, and etc... We will notify you before sending the confirmation email your way.

What if I break my object, could I get even a partial refund?

As soon as your object is passed onto you in good condition, (unless we suspected any deformity that could result in it breaking) we cannot issue a refund, this is because we spend most of the money that goes into that object on the filament and we currently do not have a way to turn a printed object back into reliable filament.

Can an order be refunded?

When you make the transaction when ordering a second confirmation email is sent your way, when that email is accepted and the printing process starts, refunds will only be issued based on how much filament we have already spent. If we used 30% of an object that costs 10$ to print you will receive a 70% refund when you cancel and are re-funded.
