ALPHA PHI OMEGA KAPPA PHI CHAPTER HISTORY 

The Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University was created through Presidential Decree 1778 which was formerly known as "La Union School of Arts and Trades(LUSAT)" since 1960. 

In 1996, Master Amerhassan G. Lucman of Epsilon Chapter and Lady Josephine V. Gimpaya of Gamma Pi Chapter started to train potential students with their noble intentions in accordance with the vision - mission of Alpha Phi Omega, to live up to the principles of the organization. Alpha Phi Omega Kappa Phi Chapter was founded on September 27, 1997 with it's 7 pioneer members and was formally given its chapter name on June 23, 2000 during the Second Alumni Congress, held at Queen Margarette Court at Lucena City
