Justin Vanderwal

-Owner Operator

Justin comes to us with a strong background in the environmental field. After attaining a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geoscience from California State University Los Angeles, he launched his career into the environmental world.  Seeing the abilities and potential with drones, he became a FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone Operator, and founded Apogee in 2020. 

Having worked with several agencies whether private, local or federal, he is familiar with the needs that can arise and is poised to handle them.

With a strong history of being outdoors, no job is "too extreme". Whether it be an arid desert, a tropical lagoon, or the frozen tundra, Justin is ready to tackle any job .

Crystal Comes to us with a proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar interpreting agency. Having earned her Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies from California State University Northridge, she has become a powerhouse in the interpreting world. Her skill set in contract writing, scheduling, and customer relations is unmatched. 

On top of her business prowess she harbors a love for people and the outdoors. When she isn't working, she can be found outside trying to find new and interesting places to visit with her family.
