Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

(Operating through “Apni University” Website & Mobile Application)

1. All orders placed through the official website or mobile application named “Apni University” are final.

2. Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. Nayagyan Private Limited follows a strict No Refund Policy. No refund shall be provided for any order once confirmed and processed.

4. Refunds will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, delay caused by courier partners, or any personal reason whatsoever.

5. Only replacement shall be provided in case the customer receives:

o  A damaged product

o  A wrong product

o  A product with manufacturing defect

6. Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

7. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof while requesting replacement.

8. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging along with the original invoice.

9. After verification and approval, replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days.

10. No replacement request shall be entertained after 48 hours from the date of delivery.

11. Delivery timelines are tentative and subject to variation due to third-party logistics services. Nayagyan Private Limited shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

12. Nayagyan Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspicious transactions.

13. The company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

14. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of purchases made through the “Apni University” website or mobile application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

15. By placing an order on the “Apni University” website or mobile application, the customer agrees to be legally bound by this Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.
