Your check-in responses, mood history, and journal entries are not intentionally uploaded to our own servers as part of the core functionality of the App.

We do not use your private journal entries or mood responses to diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
ApnaMood is a wellness and self-reflection application.
It is not a medical device and is not intended to:

Treat mental health conditions
Provide medical advice
Replace professional medical care

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or believe you may be in danger, please contact an appropriate medical professional or emergency service.

Mood and journal information stored locally on your device generally remains there until:
You delete the information through available App functionality;
You clear the App's data;
You uninstall the App; or
The operating system removes the App's stored data.
Because ApnaMood's core mood and journal functionality is designed to operate locally, we do not maintain a central server database containing your mood history or journal entries.
Third-party advertising providers may retain information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
You can delete locally stored ApnaMood data using the deletion options provided in the App, where available.
You can also remove locally stored App data by uninstalling ApnaMood or clearing the App's data through your device settings.
