This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains the policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information by BHARAT KUMAR MAHESHWARI ("I" or "my" or "me" or "we" or "us" or "our"), which operates the "Accounts Plus : Ledger Book" (the “App”) available on Google Play Store.
The App provides an offline digital ledger book / record book (with optional online backup option) wherein the Users, can record their ledger entries of their respective customers.
Privacy Policy
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using Accounts plus app, It may require you to provide with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to phone number, contacts, payment info.
** Phone number verification is optional. Without verifying phone number user can still use basic options of app, like creating customer ledger and add credit and debit entries, generate pdf/csv reports and calculators. Phone number is used only for accessing settings screen, for backup restore screen and backing up data to cloud storage.
** In case, user opts for Auto backup through settings, his data is backed up on regular basis to cloud storage which can be again accessed by verifying mobile number through otp only, when changing device or on new install.
** While creating a new customer account in ledger, Accounts Plus app may request users to share access to their contact list (READ_CONTACT permission) (as stored on their mobile device on which the App is downloaded) so as to enable user to create ledger account quickly. This feature is optional and user may choose to not provide permission and enter user data manually.
** When user chooses to pay for subscription or one time payment, as shown in HELP screen of app, after payment, user's payment information like date of payment, order id, type of purchase, payment status and token (in app google play billing related) are stored in online database to help identify user's payment status and type of user (free or paid).
** We share the crash logs and diagnostics data to Playstore to improve the user experience.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Request Data deletion
In case, you want to delete your app's data, backed up on App's server or your registered mobile number details, please follow below steps:-
1) Send email to bharat_67@ymail.com
2) Subject line specifying app's name and your registered mobile number.
3) To check your registered mobile number, open the app, goto Home -> Backup and restore. It will show your mobile number on top.
4) Write clearly about the data that you want to be deleted.
5) Any other details that you think is important.
