Most important thing is to completely remove soluble toxin and biofilm derived from microorganism causing periimplantitis, attaching firmly implant surface, for the treatment of periimplantitis. At the same time, the recovery of bone tissue surrounding implant is essential for the success of those treatment and longer time use of implant prothesis. In this case presentation, some cases of periimplantitis successfully treated with Er:YAG Laser surface management and bone regeneration with co-use of enamel matrix protein and artificial bone material.
