ABSTRACT
Extraction, immediate placement and immediate loading offer an array of benefits for the patient due to reduced treatment time and the preservation of anatomical structures. However, in many cases, this technique involves teeth with different degrees of tissue compromise due to underlying infections. Immediate implant placement in infected socket is a challenging and a worrying matter for clinicians because it often leads to treatment failures, not mentioning adding immediate restoration as in the immediate loading and early loading protocols. Most published cases of immediate implant in infected sockets are a 2-stage surgical protocols, which are using toxic chemical, excessive antibiotic and antiseptic. Considering the aesthetic demands of patients requiring dental extraction for an immediate solution, it is essential to evaluate procedures that preserve the anatomical structures with predictable results This presentation summarised various solution for immediate placement, early and immediate loading of implant treatment moreover in an infected socket by means of innovation introducing laser assisted protocol using Er,Cr:YSGG and Er:YAG laser in solving issues mentioned above using a simple and minimal invasive approach in implant dentistry without using any toxic chemical, excessive antibiotic treatment which shows no sign of re-infection nor inflammation in addition of a successful GBR and the IKIT which is a chair-side freehand customised immediate provisional restoration.
