Data Collection: AplexAudio does not collect, store, or sell your personal data, browsing history, or audio content. We believe your privacy is paramount.
Local Storage: Your custom EQ presets and audio settings are stored locally on your device using your browser's internal storage.
Payments: We do not handle your credit card data. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe via the ExtensionPay platform.
Permissions: AplexAudio only requests the minimum permissions (Tabs and ActiveTab) required to modify audio streams for your listening experience.

Grant of License: AplexAudio grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for audio enhancement.
User Responsibility: While our "A-Level" engine includes safety limiting, we are not liable for any hardware damage (speakers or headphones) resulting from extreme volume settings. Please listen responsibly.
Subscriptions: By upgrading to "Pro," you agree to a recurring monthly fee of $1.49 USD.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial: We provide a 7-Day Free Trial of all Pro features. We encourage all users to utilize this trial to ensure the software meets their needs before a charge occurs.
Refund Eligibility: Because we offer a free trial, we generally do not offer refunds once a monthly billing cycle has been processed.
Support: If you believe you have been charged in error or have a technical issue that prevents the software from working, please contact support@aplexaudio.co.uk within 48 hours of the transaction.
