Your scholarship, generosity, dedication, and friendship made APLC 2026 a truly enriching experience.
We were honored to welcome colleagues in New Testament studies from Australia, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Taiwan, Canada, the United States, Germany, Ethiopia, and Japan. Together, we created a vibrant space for scholarly exchange that crossed national, cultural, linguistic, and ecclesial boundaries. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn from one another and proud of what we were able to accomplish together.
Among the many gifts of this conference were the stimulating discussions, fresh scholarly insights, and new discoveries that emerged through our presentations, panels, and conversations. Equally valuable were the opportunities to deepen our understanding of one another's cultures, contexts, and perspectives, fostering mutual respect, empathy, and friendship alongside academic dialogue.
We hope that the conversations begun here will continue to inspire future research, collaboration, and fellowship throughout the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
As a small legacy of APLC 2026 in Nagoya, we have chosen to preserve this website as an archive of our shared experience. We hope it will serve as a reminder of the ideas exchanged, the discoveries made, the friendships formed, and the scholarly community brought together during these memorable days.
