Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration in writing by sending an e-mail to the local organisers at apioc2024@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation in reply.

• Cancellations received by or on December 6, 2024 will be refunded, minus a USD 50 cancellation fee.

• Any cancellations received after December 6, 2024 or no-shows will be non-refundable.
  
  

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to apioc2024@gmail.com. They will only be considered valid with a confirmation of email from the local organisers.

Insurance and Disclaimer

Neither the local organizing committee of the Asia-Pacific Industrial Organization Conference (APIOC) 2024, nor Sogang University, nor Seoul National University, nor the Korea Academic Society of Industrial Organization, nor any other third parties involved in the organization of APIOC 2024 provide insurance. The parties listed above do not accept liability for losses of any nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss of or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings at the conference venue. Furthermore, the parties listed above do not take responsibility for any loss, accident, damage, or illness that might occur during the conference or in the course of travel to or from the event site. Please check the validity of your own travel and/or health insurance to ensure that you are fully covered throughout your stay in Seoul, Korea.
