We're excited to invite everyone to an inclusive event highlighting the voices and impact of API youth aged 13-24! It's time for our annual summertime gathering, graciously hosted by the Center for the Pacific Asian Family (CPAF). This event isn't just about fun, but it's about empowering young individuals in API communities and fostering unity as we work towards our shared goal of ending violence. Come join us for a day filled with inspiration, connection, and meaningful conversations!

This year’s theme, "Honoring Roots, Shaping Tomorrow," reflects our focus on advocacy, empowerment, and cultural pride. It celebrates our histories, shares diverse API youth experiences, and highlights the need for representation in today’s culture. 

"Honoring Roots, Shaping Tomorrow," encapsulates a dual focus: celebrating the history and traditions that have guided us while envisioning and creating a future that uplifts and strengthens our communities. The planning committee’s responses highlight a desire for an event that fosters respect, appreciation, reflection, and growth while promoting love, belonging, resilience, and empowerment. By embracing our roots and uplifting new voices, we aim to challenge stereotypes and build a more inclusive future.

We chose colors that reflect the spirit of "Honoring Roots, Shaping Tomorrow." The soft greens represent growth and cultural discovery, black symbolizes strength and resilience, gold yellow brings warmth and pride, and maroon ties us to heritage. The tree’s full leaves and the two face profiles show unity, identity, and the power of shared stories shaping our future.
