Welcome to The Light of Southern Maryland, the official quarterly newsletter of the Sigma Alpha Lambda Chapter (SAL), Key No. 677, of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. This newsletter is distributed to Alpha Brothers of the MAAC and residents of Southern Maryland to increase the awareness of SAL’s implementation of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.’s national programs, local community service initiatives, and philanthropic efforts facilitated by the Alpha Foundation of Southern Maryland.
