Welcome to the Official Website of the Sigma Alpha Lambda Chapter of

Welcome to the 677th House of Alpha

As we begin the third quarter of the fraternal year, the Sigma Alpha Lambda Chapter has been focused on carrying out the mission of Alpha. As the updates and articles in the third issue of our newsletter will confirm, Alpha men are making an impact on the political, cultural, and academic experiences of southern Marylanders, from the youth to the elders. I sincerely thank the Brothers who have led this important work as well as your family, friends, and loved ones who have contributed and participated in several of the Chapter’s events.

As our country continues transitioning to a new administration, Sigma Alpha Lambda is hopeful that a new light of peace and security will shine on America. As the COVID-19 vaccines are being distributed to combat the destruction caused by the global pandemic, the expectation of returning to a normal daily routine could be on the horizon. However, let us continue to stay safe!

As always, I invite Alpha Brothers living in Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary’s Counties to join the Sigma Alpha Lambda Chapter as we continue to hold high the light of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. As you read our newsletter and become inspired to reconnect with Alpha, you are welcome to email us at info@SAL1906.org for more information.

Fraternally Submitted,

Brother Rodney L. White
