ApexVision Trainer ("the app") is developed by Derek Ware. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.
Summary: ApexVision Trainer is designed to collect as little data as possible. There are no user accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The app works fully offline.
Data stored on your device: Your training session results, selected difficulty level, and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard app storage. This data is never transmitted anywhere and is not backed up to any server. You can erase it at any time using the "Clear History" option in the app, and it is automatically deleted if you uninstall the app.
In-app purchases: ApexVision Trainer offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase to unlock additional features. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store (or Google Play, on Android) and managed using RevenueCat, a third-party subscription and purchase management service. To process and validate your purchase, RevenueCat and Apple/Google receive purchase and transaction information (such as the product purchased and an anonymous app-level identifier) and basic device/platform information necessary to confirm your entitlement. This is used solely to unlock Pro features on your device and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Network access: The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No other network requests are made outside of the purchase processing described above.
Children's privacy: ApexVision Trainer does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app has no accounts, chat, or user-generated content features.
Changes to this policy: If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
