Productivity Metrics: Aggregated study sessions, countdown timer durations, focus intervals, study streaks, and count totals for completed tasks.
User Input and Organizing Materials: Text-based entries created within the Quick Notes section, custom task items distributed across productivity boards (To-Do, In-Progress, etc.), custom calendar events, and self-reported project or assignment deadlines.

C. Operational Technical Data

When accessing the App via a mobile interface, our environment automatically references standard system data, including:

Unique device identifiers (such as Android ID).
Operating system platform version, hardware model configurations, and diagnostic crash logs.

2. Advertising and Tracking Disclosure

Ads-Free Environment: Apex Focus is a fully ad-free application. We do not integrate third-party mobile advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob) or capture advertising-specific mobile parameters (such as the Google Advertising ID) for marketing, commercial re-targeting, or behavior tracking.

3. Purpose of Processing and Data Treatment

We process the collected data to secure our cloud environment and support your active workflow:

To verify individual credentials during login and protect academic metrics from unauthorized viewing.
To store, synchronize, and dynamically update user-generated notes, study streaks, and grade progress.
To monitor internal application diagnostic signals to prevent infrastructure errors and optimize device memory layout.

4. Core Infrastructure Sub-Processors

We do not trade, sell, or rent your personal data to external marketing companies. To provide backend hosting and database persistence, your data is securely handled by our trusted cloud infrastructure provider:

Google Firebase (Authentication & Cloud Firestore): We utilize Firebase to securely store your authentication profiles and record application productivity metrics, notes, calendars, and academic progress indicators within hosted Cloud Firestore databases.

5. Data Transmission, Protection, and Account Deletion Rights

Transmission Encryption: All operational data transferred between the mobile application interface and our Firebase backend utilizes encrypted secure channels (SSL/TLS protocols).
Data Retention: We retain your account settings, notes, and academic trackers for as long as your account profile remains active.
Account Deletion Requests: Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated personal or academic data at any time. To request data deletion, you must contact us directly via email at the address provided below. Upon receiving your verified deletion request, we will manually remove all your user credentials and data records from our Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore systems within a reasonable administrative timeframe.

6. Children's Privacy Guidelines

Our App does not intentionally target or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian establishes that a minor has submitted account credentials or academic profiles to our environment without permission, please notify us immediately so we can remove the database records from our Cloud Firestore system.
