Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: As we offer digital educational content (live classes, notes, quizzes), cancellations are not typically possible once a subscription period has commenced/content has been accessed. However, you may cancel your renewal at any time.

• Refunds: We generally do not provide refunds for digital products once verified access has been granted. In exceptional cases (e.g., technical failure preventing access), refund requests may be considered if submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original source of payment.
