Anjani Putra Estates Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the APE Status Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By installing and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Your Personal Photos & Information Stay On Your Device.
Photos selected from your gallery, as well as the Name and Phone Number you enter to personalize branding posters, are processed 100% locally on your mobile device. We do NOT upload, transmit, store, or harvest your personal photos, names, or contact numbers on any external servers.
A. Information Provided Directly by You
Personal Customization Details: When customizing a poster template, you voluntarily enter your Name and Phone Number. This data is used solely in real-time to generate your personalized poster and is stored temporarily in local app memory during your active session.
Photos & Media: When you select an image from your device gallery using the photo picker, the App reads the selected image file to render it into the poster canvas. Your photos are never shared with or uploaded to our servers or any third parties.
B. Automatically Collected Data & Device Identifiers
To ensure app performance, deliver push notifications, and display advertisements, certain non-personally identifiable device and usage information is collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the App:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, system language, unique device identifiers, and network state.
Usage & Analytics Data: App launch frequency, feature usage, user interaction metrics, and screen views.
Log & Crash Data: Error logs, stack traces, and crash diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.
Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID/GAID) used for frequency capping, ad measurement, and displaying ads.
Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens used to deliver notification updates regarding new poster templates.
To deliver a seamless poster creation and sharing experience, the App requests specific system permissions on your Android device. Each permission is requested strictly when necessary:
Photos and Images Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
Why it is needed: Allows you to browse and select a photo from your device's gallery to insert into your personalized branding poster.
Scope: The App only reads the specific photo you choose to select. It does not scan, index, or upload your photo gallery.
Storage Write Access (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — Android 9 and lower)
Why it is needed: Required on devices running legacy Android versions to save your final generated poster (1080x1920 HD) directly into your device's photo gallery upon clicking the Download button.
Notifications Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS — Android 13 and higher)
Why it is needed: Allows the App to send optional push notifications regarding new festival templates, branding updates, and special announcements via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Scope: You can grant or decline this permission at any time in your device's App Settings.
Network and Internet Access (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
Why it is needed: Required to check active internet connectivity, download poster template assets, receive push notifications, and load banner/interstitial advertisements from Google AdMob.
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
Core Functionality: To allow you to personalize, generate, save, and share branded posters via WhatsApp and other applications.
App Maintenance & Improvement: To monitor performance, analyze user trends, fix bugs, and optimize user experience.
Notifications: To send relevant app updates and newly added template announcements via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Advertising: To display banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob.
We integrate trusted third-party SDKs provided by Google. These third parties may collect and process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal information or photos. We may only disclose automatically collected data in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: To third-party SDK providers (Google AdMob & Firebase) for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising delivery.
Legal Requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation.
Local Data: Personalized data (Name, Phone Number, Selected Photo) remains on your device and is discarded when you clear session data, clear app storage, or uninstall the App.
Analytics & Crash Data: Retained by Google Analytics and Crashlytics according to Google’s standard data retention schedules.
Data Deletion Requests: Because we do not store your personal details or photos on any server, there is no remote account or user profile to delete. Our App is NOT directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take necessary action.
We prioritize your security. By building our App to process images and user details locally on your device, your sensitive personal data remains within your direct control. Network communications between the App and Firebase/AdMob services are encrypted using standard Industry Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
