Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Ape.Co, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the game.

Eligibility 

To play Ape.Co, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Code of Conduct

By playing Ape.Co, you agree to the following rules:

- Treat all players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are not allowed.

- Do not use exploits, hacks, or unauthorized modifications.

- Do not impersonate developers, moderators, or staff members.

- Play fairly and refrain from cheating or seeking unfair advantages.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
