4 star apartment on the ground floor for 4-6 guests in the brand new building that has an elevator and a parking space in the garage. It’s an open layout apartment with living room, dining room and a kitchen. It also has two bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony with a door from the living room.

Has a comfortable corner sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), flat screen tv (domestic and foreign programs), free wi-fi and an air conditioning unit.   

Dining room: Has a dining room table with 6 chairs.   

Kitchen: Has electric glass ceramic hob, a combination oven - when cooking allow you to use microwave, grill or convection (hot air) heat functions, extractor hood, fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, cooking dishes, cutlery, complete set of plates, glasses, cups and everything else you need for cooking.   

Hallway: Has a wardrobe with shoe storage and a coat rack.   

Bedroom 1: Has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe, two night stands, foldable luggage rack, travel baby cot, iron, ironing board and a safe.  

Bedroom 2: Has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), wardrobe, two night stands, foldable luggage rack.   

Bathroom: Has a toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and a hair dryer.  

Balcony: Has a partial sea view and outside table and chair set.   

Garage: Has a dedicated, free parking space.
