CHECK-in PROCEDURE
When you arrive, I have to check you in after 12 hours, or we all can get a fine. I suggest doing this after you arrive/unpack.
Easy option: I will send you link one day before your arrival - to self check-in. Procedure is simple and you can do it on your phone. Most important is that you double check the info you enter. Mistakes are not alowed and can both cost us! ;) Thank you.
Other option: If you dont mind, I will need whole picture of your id (see first picture). I prefere reciving pictures over Whatsapp or Viber, because we can do this quickly and "live". After check-in you delete all ID photos (option for all) on chat apps(whatsapp, Viber).
VERY important: Picture has to be clear (no reflections), taken as STRAIGHT as possible from above, bright and SHARP! take photos in a bright spot. ;)
But, to cover as much of your document details i found out that app doesnt need to see your picture and upper part of the document. So if you cover data as on my example (see 2nd picture) it shoube ok.
If you don't want to send photos of your IDs and self check in, no problem, please write me text data of all guests: NAME, SURNAME, IDnumber (which document is it = Passport or ID?), Date of birth, Country written on ID/Passport.
You should be VERY careful! Check numbers twice!

Keys are in a mini safe in front of the main entrance to the house.
I will send you the code on the day of your arrival ;) If I forget, just contact me please 🤗
(when you take keys out please close the safe & turn numbers randomly).
The green key opens the main entrance.
Lock all the main doors of the house (entering/leaving). It is best for all visitors in the house. ;)
The black key opens the "basement", where there are spots for (your) bicycles, space for your skis, ski boots… do not forget to lock these doors all the time. There is also the equipment of other guests.
Your apartment no. 4 is on the first floor from the main entrance.
In winter time (when the front of the house is frozen) it is better to enter the house from the basement (black key).
When you arrive, park in front of the entrance on the slope, where you will unload your luggage.
In winter time it is better to park in a lower level (in front of the basement floor) where APARTMENTS JULIAN LOGO is and access the apartment over the basement.

When you are finished with unloading, please park your car in the square 20 m away. Parking is payable. Please send me your LICENSE PLATE picture before arriving. I will pay it online! (It's included in the price).
When I buy this (time limit) parking ticket, you can park ANYWHERE around Rateče and Kranjska gora (easyparking) where there is an abonma C option (!!!!) on the parking sign.

All the useful information about the apartment is waiting on the table. They come in handy. :)
Please do not smoke in the apartment. It is only possible on the balcony, where the ashtray is.

Your 2 bikes are located in the “basement”. They are silver with white seats (kilimanjaro). Finding them will not be a problem, as they are locked with locks for which you have a code. Sorry we don't have helmets. You need to bring your own. It is difficult to ensure that a helmet is safe if several people use it. If you forget them you can rent them HERE.
If you have your own bikes, store them in the garage. On the stand or. most conveniently (so that they will be accessible for you and will allow other guests to pass or access their own bicycles).
Air-Pump for tires should be located nearby.
The bike locks (you have two) codes are 0990 and 00990.
The child seat (on the bike if agreed in advance) is on a (M frame) bicycle that has a trunk (for safety). If you want to move the chair to the second (L frame) bike, you will need hex key

Accidents happen. All good. The most important thing is that no one is hurt. If it happens, I will be very happy if you let me know as soon as possible - so that I can help you, and I can be ready for the next guests. Thank you. ;)
Washing machine in the basement is not ours. Sorry. 😔 Owners also use it just for themselves (not for their guests).
