1. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
For check-in, we adapt to our guests’ arrival time. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can organize your welcome.

2. What is included in the apartment?

All apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, private bathroom, bed linen, towels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

3. Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

4. How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by emailing us at apartamentosgenaro@gmail.com or by sending a WhatsApp message to +34 637 001 435.
Once you contact us, we will check availability and send you a confirmation email.

5. How does the payment process work?

Six months before your arrival, we will contact you to request a 25% deposit of the total price in order to secure the reservation.
The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
All payments are made by bank transfer.

6. What is the price per night?

The price for apartments for 2 guests is €50 per night.
The price for apartments for 4 guests is €80 per night.
For longer stays or special requests, please contact us directly.

7. Are the apartments close to the beach?

Yes, the beach is located right next to the apartment, just a one-minute walk away.

8. Is La Gomera a good destination for hiking?

Yes, La Gomera is famous for its hiking trails and stunning natural landscapes, including Garajonay National Park.
