I Aparna Raut, pursuing Ph.D. in the Department of Agricultural and Food Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Poulomi Ganguli, Assistant Professor, IIT Kharagpur. I have been awarded the prestigious PMRF fellowship in December 2021 to carry research in the field of Hydrological Extremes in global tropics. I have also been awarded DAAD KOSPIE fellowship during my master's to carry my research at TU Dresden, Germany. I completed my M.Tech in Land and Water Resources Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 2021 and hold a B. Tech degree in Agricultural Engineering from College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar.
