Abraham Arimuko Department of dermato-venereology Central Army Hospital - Gatot Soebroto, Jakarta Lasers in dermatology are still considered as a "super" modality which the device can treat various skin disorders with good results. This is the opinion of patients, the general public and even the doctors themselves. In reality, it is not that simple, sometimes to get a good results it takes a lot of effort, repeat therapy, patience and good cooperation between the patient and doctor. In some cases there is a "down time" process that must be gone through before reaching the final result. when the communication between doctor and patient does not run properly, the “down time “ is considered a complication, then causing complaints. While the not infrequently complications arise, due to procedural errors, negligence, or complications that have been predicted by the doctor, then these condition ramust be handled properly and the solutions must be sought. In the presentation I will show several “adverse reaction” cases that are uncomfortable for doctors and patients. It will also be explained how to anticipate, prevent, treat and other solutions.
