Norwegian Cruise Line
Broadcast Technician | Sept 2024 – Present

• Film, edit, and manage daily in-cabin TV programming, including cruise director content, entertainment shows, and promotional videos

• Support live theater productions through technical operation of QLab, ensuring seamless playback of audio, video, and show cues

• Operate and maintain onboard broadcast and AV systems, including cameras, switchers, PTZ controllers, and control room equipment

• Respond to in-cabin service calls to resolve guest TV and media system issues, ensuring a high-quality guest experience

• Operate Sony a7iii and Sony NEX 4k cameras; edit using Premiere Pro and Photoshop

• Collaborate with the Entertainment team to produce engaging content for guests

• Troubleshoot technical issues with playback systems and ensure quality control for daily broadcasts

• Working with ITV and SWANK systems.
