Preparation for students

1. Institutional Introduction by Each Participating University

Wednesday - November 5, 2024 (First Day)

Time: 11.00 am 

Duration: Approximately 8-10 minutes per school (Including introduction of each student & faculty member)

2. Sharing Experiences Related to the Forum Theme “Enhancing Community Health and Older Adult Care through Innovations and Technologies”

Wednesday – November 5, 2025

Time: 15.15 – 16.45 pm

Duration: Each Participating university is invited to give a 15-minutes presentation showcasing initiatives,     best practices, or innovations aligned with the forum theme.

              (The order of presentations will be determined by a random draw.)

3. Student Culture Performance (Farewell Party)

Saturday – November 8, 2025

Time: 17.00 – 19.30 pm

Duration: Approximately 10 minutes per institute

    Dress Code Preparation for Cultural Visits and Field Trips

    Participants are requested to dress appropriately and maintain a neat and respectful appearance.
        The following types of clothing are not permitted:

• Sleeveless tops or tank tops

• Short skirts or shorts

• Transparent or see-through clothing

• Ripped or torn pants

• Flip-flops
