Riden, developed by Antonio Pace, creates an anonymous guest account the first time you open it. No email, password or other personal details are needed. You can delete the account and all its data at any time.
Open Riden.
On the home screen, tap the gear icon (Settings).
Tap "Delete account and data".
Tap "Delete" to confirm.
You need an internet connection to complete the deletion. When it is done, the app restarts from the beginning with a new, empty account.
The following is deleted from our servers right away and permanently:
the guest account;
the profile (nickname, avatar, country, bike setup);
ride history;
event sign-ups and reminders;
reactions you sent;
token balance.
The following is erased from the device: ride history, heart rate data, settings, scheduled reminders and ad consent choices.
We keep no account data after deletion. Anonymous statistics and diagnostic data collected by third-party services (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob) are not linked to your Riden account. Google keeps them according to its own privacy policies.
The account is anonymous and not linked to an email address or any other identifying information, so we cannot tell which account is yours. Guest accounts with no activity for 12 months are deleted automatically, together with all their data. If you have any questions, contact the developer.
