The Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge (Pledge) establishes concrete and actionable steps that the arbitration community can and must take towards achieving the general objectives of improving the profile and representation of women in arbitration and appointing women as arbitrators on an equal opportunity basis. 

The Pledge carries out its work in the Asia-Pacific through a subcommittee of arbitration practitioners across the Asia-Pacific. 

The APAC Subcommittee runs Pledge-related activities in the Asia-Pacific.
