Inspirational Klicks provides AP9 Second Term, an Araling Panlipunan 9 learning app for Android (package: com.secondterm.ap9). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you read lessons, play word games, view advertisements, or contact us.
1. App functions and accounts
The app provides ten PDF lessons, bookmarks, reading progress, and five lesson-based word games: Word Scramble, Hulaan ang Konsepto, Nawawalang Letra, Pagtutugma, and Word Search. The lesson reader and games can be used without creating an account.
We do not ask users to provide a name, student number, email address, school profile, grade record, date of birth, payment information, or login credentials to use the app.
2. Information stored locally on the device
The app stores the following information in its private storage on the user's device:
bookmarked pages, saved page numbers, and the last-opened lesson;
the best star result for each lesson and game type; and
a temporary local copy of the PDF lesson currently being opened.
Typed game answers, matching choices, and Word Search selections are used to run the current game. We do not operate a server that receives these answers or the locally saved reading and game progress. There is no publisher-operated account system or cloud synchronization.
3. Advertising and rewarded hints
The app uses Appodeal to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements. Enabled advertising integrations include BidMachine, AppLovin, and Liftoff/Vungle.
Banner ads may appear on supported app screens.
Interstitial ads may appear only at a natural break after a completed game, subject to an in-app frequency limit.
A rewarded video is optional. A user may choose to watch it to receive a game hint. The hint is granted only after the advertising service reports that the video was completed.
Users can continue reading lessons and playing games without purchasing anything. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad only means that the optional ad-supported hint is not provided.
4. Information processed by advertising services
Depending on the provider, device configuration, regional consent choices, and availability of an advertisement, Appodeal and participating advertising providers may collect or process:
the Android Advertising ID and other device or app identifiers;
IP address, device model, operating system, language, mobile carrier, and network or connection information;
ad interactions such as requests, impressions, clicks, rewarded-video completion, and related app interactions;
diagnostics and technical performance information used to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising; and
general location that may be inferred from an IP address or network information.
The app does not request Android precise-location or approximate-location permission and does not provide a publisher-defined user ID to Appodeal. It requests non-personalized advertising, but this setting does not prevent all advertising-related data processing or measurement.
5. How information is used and shared
Local reading and game information is used only to restore reading progress, display bookmarks, and show best-star results on the device.
Advertising information may be processed or shared by Appodeal and participating advertising providers to deliver ads, verify rewarded-ad completion, measure impressions and clicks, limit fraud and abuse, diagnose technical issues, and meet legal obligations. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
If you email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send. We use that information to answer and manage the request. Please do not send student records or unnecessary sensitive information. Inspirational Klicks does not sell user-provided personal information.
6. Advertising choices and third-party policies
The app provides access to Appodeal's advertising privacy-options form when it is available. Choices vary by region and provider. Users can also review the advertising and privacy controls available in their Android device settings.
Changing an advertising preference does not necessarily remove advertisements or delete information already retained by an advertising provider. More information and available request mechanisms can be found here:

7. Retention and deletion
Bookmarks, reading progress, and best-star results remain on the device until the user removes them, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app. Individual bookmarks can be removed inside the app. Clearing only the cache may not erase saved progress.
The app does not create user accounts, so there is no app account to delete. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
Advertising providers apply their own retention and deletion rules. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information already processed by those providers. Requests concerning provider-held information should be made using the controls or contact methods in the provider's privacy policy.
8. Students and younger users
AP9 Second Term contains Grade 9 educational material and may be used by minors. The lesson and game features do not request a learner's name, date of birth, school identity, student record, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.
Parents or guardians may review the device's privacy and advertising settings with the learner and may contact us with questions. Advertising-related information may still be processed as described in this policy, subject to applicable consent and child-protection requirements.
9. Security and international processing
Reading preferences and game progress are kept in Android's private app storage. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the app to limit unnecessary access and permissions. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Advertising providers and email or communication services may process information in countries other than the user's country, under the safeguards and legal bases described in their policies.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, objection, or limits on the use of personal information. Contact us regarding information held by Inspirational Klicks, or contact the relevant advertising provider regarding information it controls. We may request enough information to verify and respond to a request.
Advertisements and privacy-policy links may open third-party websites or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, advertising integration, or information practices change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
