This policy explains how information is handled when you use AP9 First Term, including its offline lessons, word games, bookmarks, and advertising features.

1. Scope of this policy
Inspirational Klicks publishes AP9 First Term, an Android learning app for Araling Panlipunan 9. This policy covers information handled through the app and information you voluntarily send when contacting us.
2. Lessons and information stored on your device
The app includes PDF lessons that can be read offline. It does not require an account, student profile, name, email address, school details, or grades to use its lessons and word games.
The following information is stored in the app's private storage on your device so the app can restore your progress:
the last lesson and page you opened;
page bookmarks;
word-game scores and earned stars; and
a temporary local copy of a lesson PDF while it is being opened.
These learning records are not uploaded to a server operated by Inspirational Klicks, and the app does not provide publisher-operated cloud synchronization.
3. Advertising and automatically processed information
The app uses the Appodeal advertising platform to provide banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads used for game hints. The configured advertising integrations include Appodeal, BidMachine, AppLovin, and Liftoff/Vungle.
Depending on the active advertising provider, your device settings, region, permissions, and consent choices, advertising services may process:
advertising identifiers and other device or app identifiers;
IP address, device model, operating system, language, user agent, mobile provider, and connection information;
ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, and related app interactions;
diagnostics and technical performance information used to operate and measure advertising; and
an approximate location inferred from an IP address or network information.
The app removes Android precise and approximate location permissions and does not ask for GPS access. It also does not provide Appodeal with a custom user ID or in-app purchase information. Advertising providers may still infer a general location from an IP address.
The app requests non-personalized advertising from Appodeal. This setting does not prevent every form of advertising-related data processing, measurement, security, or fraud prevention.
4. How information is used and shared
Local reading and game information is used only to restore your lessons, bookmarks, and progress on your device.
Advertising information is processed by Appodeal and participating advertising providers to deliver and measure ads, record rewarded-ad completion, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain service security, and comply with legal obligations. Information may be shared within the advertising delivery chain under the providers' own privacy policies.
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your inquiry and provide support. Please do not send student records or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Advertising choices
Where available, the app's Ad privacy choices option lets you review or update advertising consent preferences managed through Appodeal. Available choices depend on your region and the advertising providers involved. Android device settings may also let you reset or limit the advertising identifier.
Changing an advertising preference does not necessarily remove ads or delete information already retained by a provider. For more information or provider-specific privacy requests, review:

6. Retention and deletion
Reading progress, bookmarks, scores, and stars remain on your device until you remove them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Clearing only the cache may not erase this saved information.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and meet applicable obligations. Advertising providers apply their own retention and deletion practices. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app does not delete information already held by an advertising provider; contact that provider through its privacy policy to exercise available rights.
7. Students and younger users
This app provides Grade 9 educational material and may be used by minors. Its learning features do not request a learner's name, date of birth, school profile, contact information, or other student records. Parents and guardians may review device privacy settings and the advertising providers' policies with the learner.

8. Security and international processing
Learning progress is kept in Android's private app storage, and we do not operate a server that receives it. Advertising providers use their own technical and organizational safeguards and may process information in countries other than your own. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, objection, or limits on the use of personal information. Contact Inspirational Klicks for information we hold through support correspondence, or contact the relevant advertising provider for information it controls. We may request enough information to verify and address your inquiry.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, its advertising configuration, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
